We don't cut off access mid-month. If you hit your client cap on Group (10) or Standard (30), we'll notify you and suggest upgrading. You can continue serving existing clients without interruption — new client invites will be paused until you upgrade or archive an existing client.
On Standard and Premium: no. Your clients see your logo, your brand colour, and your name throughout the app. arc is completely invisible. On Group, the app uses arc branding — still professional, but yours only when you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — so you keep access to the higher tier until then.
The Discovery Phase is the first 1–4 weeks of a new client's journey (you choose the duration). arc generates a personalised plan immediately after the client completes intake — they start training right away with no waiting screen. You review and approve in the background. This keeps the momentum of onboarding intact while giving you full editorial control over the plan before it becomes the official program.
CAPA stands for Client Attention Priority Alert. arc monitors each client's activity in the background and surfaces the ones who need your attention — clients stuck in the same phase for 14+ days, clients whose check-ins suggest declining motivation, or clients who've gone quiet. CAPA alerts go to the trainer only, never shown to the client. Available on Standard and Premium.
Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months — you get 2 months free compared to monthly. Group: $566/yr ($47/mo effective). Standard: $1,238/yr ($103/mo effective). Premium: $1,910/yr ($159/mo effective). Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund of unused months.
Yes, on Standard and Premium. arc supports CSV import of client details (name, email, goal, training history). Imported clients receive a branded invite and complete a short intake to give arc enough context to generate a continuation plan — rather than starting from scratch. A 14-day parallel window lets you run arc alongside your existing platform before full cutover. Available on Standard and Premium.
Yes. The Agency tier is built for gyms, studios, and multi-coach businesses. It includes unlimited coach seats, a dedicated account manager, white-glove onboarding, and a custom contract. Pricing is negotiated based on team size and usage. Contact us and we'll respond within one business day.
Currently, arc does not process payments between trainers and clients. You set your pricing in your arc profile, and clients see it before they begin intake — but payment is arranged directly between you and your client however you currently do it. Integrated client billing (via Stripe Connect) is on the roadmap and will be available as an optional upgrade on Standard and Premium.
